ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR SESSION 2025-26

 The admission process is subject to the availability of seats in the respective class. The parents seeking admission must submit the registration form available on the school website. If the parents have any queries related to the admission process, they are requested to visit the school reception between 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Working days). The admission process will be initiated only after the submission of the registration form. The school authorities will scrutinize the registration form, and the incomplete form will be rejected. Therefore, parents are requested to submit the complete form on the school website. The process of Nursery Admission will be followed as per the guidelines of the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT Delhi.

2) Age Criteria for the admission:

  • a)    For admission in
    Pre-School(Nursery), Pre-Primary(KG) and Class-1, the minimum age for admission in this class shall be three years, four years and five years respectively by 31st march of the year in which admission is being sought in accordance with this Directorate of Education, Order No.F./DE/15/1031/Act/2007/7002 Dated 24/11/2007.

 

  • b)   For Upper age Limit is

Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year

  • c) The Age Relaxation for admission of upto 30 days may be granted at the level of head of school in the minimum and upper age limit for these classes. The parents may approach the Head of School/Principal for seeking age relaxation through a manual application:

3) Required Documents for Admission:

All the below-mentioned documents must be self-attested before submission

a) Birth certificate.

b) Copy of the Aadhar Card and PAN Card of the Parents and Child.

c) Copy of Address Proof such as Voter ID Card/Landline Bill/Electricity Bill/Water Bill

d) Photograph of the child, mother and father.

e) Occupational Proof of Parents. (Proof of work or Visiting Card of the profile).

f) Report card from the previous school if attended.

g) Self-attested vaccination card of the child and Medical Certificate verified by any registered medical practitioner.

h) A transfer (Leaving) certificate from a recognized school will be required when admission is granted in class 2nd and above. It must be countersigned by the appropriate Education officer.

i) If a pupil has come from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate Education officer concerned. Only a Transfer Certificate from a recognized school is accepted. If a child has come from a different country, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy / Consulate in that country concerned.

j) If a Transfer Certificate is delayed as a result of being sent for counter signature, a provisional certificate from the previous school may be submitted. Admissions will be provisional till a proper Transfer Certificate, duly signed and stamped by the appropriate authority, is submitted. (When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate he will not be placed in a class higher than that which the Transfer Certificate shows him to be qualified).

k) Character certificate from the previous school must be submitted at the time of admission.

l) Copy of caste certificate category (ST/SC/OBC)

m) A copy of the Latest EWS/DG category certificate (Not older than 6 months), if an admission seat is allotted under EWS/DG Category by the Directorate of Education.
